5. Make sure that the timings are decided after considering everyone’s time zones 

It is important to consider the time zones of your employees beforehand while scheduling a meeting. If the time is such that the employees might not be able to attend it or attend it without full focus, the meetings lose their essence. It is practically impossible to have a time that is suited for all, or that collides with the work hours of all the employees, but being a little considerate and mindful would be just enough.
